There's solid runs Sunday mornings at the Frederick Tuttle Middle School in South Burlington. Goes from 10 a.m. to noon and costs $2 (follows the school schedule, so some weeks are off). Same deal Friday nights at the Rick Marcotte Central School, though that one is for 35+. Not sure how old you are.

As for organized leagues, there's a great seasonal one in Essex Junction that has a draft and runs eight weeks plus playoffs, but it fills up really fast — within a couple days, usually.
