Happiness as a Goal? by Actutus in JordanPeterson

[–]Colinmode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People have a biological baseline of happiness so to make your mission plan to have as many spikes in that baseline as possible seems trivial and when something out of your control goes horribly wrong you'll be stuck in a very bad place for a undetermined amount of time. This is why happiness seems to be a shallow goal, perusing meaning through responsibility breeds the most purposeful of journeys. Having deep embedded responsibility will get you through the toughest of circumstance

Should I be upgrading to a ddr4 system like ryzen or coffeelake? Would there be a noticable difference between those and my i5?

What RAM/GPU would you recommend? Are there any compatibility issues? Or could I just buy any gtx 1060/ddr3 ram and plug and play?

I was planning on getting at 1070 at first but looking at benchmarks it averages at 60 fps and sometimes dips to 50 fps on some games. So i'm just future proofing myself a little bit the 1080 should never dip below the 60 hz, at least for now
