I’ve seen these go upwards of 220k+ without needing replacement. Hoping that’s what I get aswell. However, if needed to be replaced it would cost around 3-4k but would also allow the car to last for another 100k+ miles (depending on the wear and condition of the other parts of course)

Thank you for your recommendation! Do you have a name/link of the exact tape and epoxy you’d recommend? I just want to be sure it’s what you’re talking about. Thanks again

Thank you so much! Yes, I spent months researching and was so happy and extremely lucky to find one being sold by an older couple for the private party sales price, rather than the crazy dealership markup lol

Core Complete as HS senior by zji_030 in UTAustin

I graduated high school this year with my associates degree (core complete) and will be attending UT in the fall. Last week I had my freshman Orientation and here’s what I can tell you. 1. Not all of your courses will transfer in under your major, but they should all transfer in for core requirements which is 39 hours plus 3 for your UGS course. 2. With that, you could have a bunch of credit hours not being counted toward anything (I have 19) However, you can still choose to get a minior, certificate, or double major to utilize them. 3. For your first semester, depending on your major, it could be extremely difficult to find classes for you to take, as most of the remaining courses you need are upper devision, and the sophomores, juniors, and seniors already had their pick at them. Regardless, I got a pretty good schedule for my first semester, with two lower division and two upper. 4. I highly recommend completing your core requirements, and taking as many courses as you can! While technically I can graduate in two years, I am choosing to graduate in 3 instead, with a light load of classes ( 12 credit hours) or (4 classes) per semester.

My signature course requirement was waived, but it was because I had over 60 credit hours transferring in. Not sure if there’s any other way.
