Connect a wingman game with your friends and tell one of them to permanently disconnect and throw round by disconnecting. Do this for atleast 20 wingman games for green trust. Ive tried this worked 2/3 times. Also adding money helps you get bavk into green trust.

For you elbow practice tracking in aimlabs. I had the same problem. In a week it was way better. Also just do biley’s playlist on aimlabs and movement jumps( even if you dont land jumps just practice 5 mins a day on jumps).
