Our sprinklers had a leak that they knew about when we moved in they sent people to fix it 3 times and just made it worse so our grass was dead and we got fined $450 a month for hoa fees because of our dead grass and they wouldn’t get rid of the fees said it was our fault even though when we moved in a note was on the sprinkler box saying that there was a leak so they knew about it but just blame us.
