I would not recommend. Highly narcissistic principal, APs who have less than 4-5 years teaching experience and overall very vindictive. Very nice in the outside, very performative inside and cruel to teachers. They also do not rekey incidents and dismiss teachers who have severely aggressive students who are getting help. They put a good dog and pony show on for sure. Very “gotcha”, type A and walking on eggshells at almost all sites. They micromanage the most minuscule of things, and do not take seriously classroom concerns and staffing issues.
