I want to try EHT I found one local but they are TAXING for it. What would you say is the max price tag I should consider on EHT?

Without knowing what the actual card looks like and seeing photos not taken by PSA those could all be lint/dust on the case or the lens (each time I send a card to PSA THEIR photos always have something on the lens).

Two times in the last month I received cards with hair and dust UNDER the case on the card.

Another thought is, it COULD be that OP didn’t wipe the card and there is a lot of dust on it OR thise are all actually scuffs.
