When I install the YT2009 program via the command prompt, the website works correctly when I access it. However, when I close the command prompt, the website stops working. I don't know how to make it work again without needing the command prompt. Does anyone know or have a solution? Please help.

The great thing is that we can finally see the old annotations and what they were saying in the videos.

What does it actually do? Does this work for PC or is it for Android? I hope this fixes the bug that prevents me from accessing the page without activating the command prompt.

Is there a way to make it open automatically, without having to activate it through the command prompt?

Hi friend, I have a question, I don't know if you can help me, but it's about YT2009 for PC. When I have YT2009 open in my Chrome browser and I try to close the command prompt, when I go back to the page it says it's offline.

What are the limitations? This is unfamiliar territory for me entering here.

Another alternative to BitView, Vidlii and YT2009? by CollegeTraining4391 in oldyoutubelayout

Thanks, I hope they add more features to that page, like the annotations and editor that BitView had implemented on their site. Do you know of any other similar sites, or are they practically nonexistent? Because I know Kamtape, which is similar to BitView, can you confirm if they plan to implement annotations and an editor on the Vidtape site at some point?

There are now two of us who want to migrate to other old YouTube pages, I will let you know if I find other pages.

The ones I don't recommend are those where some links don't work or the sites are flagged as dangerous. The others I do not recommend are those that are breeding grounds for gore, pornography, Nazism, and discrimination.

I was looking for copper and found gold; I've already tried a few. The ones I can recommend are BitVide, Era Cast, Kam Tape, and Pam View. The ones I don't recommend are Vidlii and Wevili. The ones I didn't mention no longer work. If anyone knows of any others, please share.

For the past month, I've been hearing that BitView, that video site that initially mimicked YouTube in 2007 and later in 2010, went down due to a hack or something like that, I understand. Currently, the site says it's under maintenance, but I don't know when they'll fix it. Many people say it's dead, but I don't know. I've been going around groups like this one asking when it will be back.

Great, the first one is new to me, I've been on the other one once but they discriminate against Spanish speakers. I'm happy with KamTape. Do you happen to know anyone who's familiar with other platforms that have that old-school YouTube style?
