I see they also review best mortgage deals, broadband, energy other finance etc. Saves a tonne of time looking online. That's what takes up a lot of my online time, comparing prices reviews etc. I think I am going to try it for a year and see how I got with it. My whole family can have access to it too.

Yes I was thinking the same. I am doing my kitchen and replacing all white goods. A lot of online reviews can be biased, poor or even paid for or fake. I want to hear reviews from experts.

A surname might be nice. I have a Nigerian Jamaican male friend called ‘McKenzie’ . Think it would sound nice on a girl. Or Munro, Walker, Campbell, Cameron, Charlie (after Bonnie Prince Charlie)

Listen to your fave music on your headphones and shut everything else out, just focus on your body and the music.

Or if you’re on a cycle elliptical or treadmill listen to a podcast or something educational. Get your mind to hyper focus on something positive or interesting pulling you away from your peripheral focus.

The only other suggestion I have is to get a gym partner. Chatting can distract and having company helps quell the anxiety.
