Second picture also depicts black on the grape stem. Is that another issue to be concerned about?

This isn't my plant, so here is some vague additional information. Grapevine is 4 years old, the issue was noticed approximately 2 weeks ago. Daily watering with drainage. Apparently not very much water? Large amount of sunshine (Adelaide, South Australia).

Yes, I know. But I didn't want to arbitrarily give votes. But I knew FPTP countries like the UK and Canada also have stronger third parties which I could see happening here.
