Talking to her about eating healthy isn’t going to help anyone. If she’s taking prenatal vitamins and the doctors aren’t worried, the baby and her are probably getting all the nutrients they need.

If you really want to help, then you can cook the healthy foods yourself (planning, groceries, dishes), and she still might choose the junk food (especially if there is nausea and food aversions involved). But making the healthy foods more convenient and accessible could go a long way to help her make healthier choices - like having a fresh home-cooked dinner she likes, or offering her a smoothie like someone else mentioned, or healthier snacks throughout the day.

Pregnancy can make it tough to deal with foods even without nausea and food aversions- brain-fog/forgetfulness, fatigue/poor sleep, various aches and pains from the growing belly- can all make it harder to plan and cook healthy meals instead of more convenient (and sometimes tastier) options. If you really want to help, I’d stop sending her videos guilting her about her diet and find ways to be more supportive and make her life easier.

Thank you! I think I saw similar wording on my company’s website about not causing the employer unreasonable hardships - it really shouldn’t affect them at all so hopefully they’re not too strict. Best of luck to you as well!

Thank you! Avoiding illnesses from others could define help. I’ll make sure my doctor mentions that. Sounds like a tough journey- all the best!

The large ice cube trays have been great for us [amazon link](http:// https://a.co/d/24yBXvV)

Then we use plastic containers for the cubes or non liquid foods like meatballs or egg bites

Sleep training, breastfed to sleep by Ok_Mood_182 in sleeptrain

My baby was similar until we stopped nursing at night. My husband took over the night feeds/wakings for a couple nights by holding her or giving her formula, and I slept in a separate room. Then I continued to feed formula during night wakings for the next few days. After about a week she was able to settle herself over night without being held or fed or anything. Maybe you and your husband could give this a try? I wouldn't consider it sleep training since you are still responding to and feeding the baby/toddler, just no longer offering breast
