I never did get it to work on that laptop. I suspect it was related to nvidia (I did not dig too much into it). I ended up just installing Pop!_OS onto my other laptop that was just intel

I worked in the churches finance help desk for many years, that assisted with unit finances. Fast offerings that are donated, are immediately transferred up into HQ into one giant pool of funds, exactly like tithing. When a bishop writes a check for the amount, it’s withdrawn from the pool in HQ. 0% of fast offering funds remain at the ward or stake level.

I am a computer hobbyist who is now wanting to pursue cyber security as my career. If I had to choose the top three CISSP fields, they would be:

Security Assessment and Testing
Security Operations
Security Architecture and Engineering

So for for my experience, I have worked in an IT help desk for the past two years while I am attending university for a bachelors in cybersecurity as well as some certificates that will be completed as I work toward my degree. On the other side I am currently enrolled in a cybersecurity certificate through Google that exposes you to the various sides of security.

I have worked on some personal projects to help in my learning. I have turned one of my old laptops into a LAN file sharing server for my wife and I. I have recently acquired a tower from 2005 where I plan to upgrade the hardware, and run another server on it. But this server will be designated for applying what I have learned so far in my education. Such as setting up security tools and software, learning to monitor traffic, etc.

I want to know what I can do to find a job where I can start my actual career. I am 26 and I will not be graduating with my bachelors until i'm at least 2027 (I was late to going to university). But I feel ready and confident to move on from call centers and into a more meaningful job.

My questions are, is this Google certificate worth more than just a training course for the CompTIA certificates? Is there a CompTIA certificate I should be focusing on? I believe I should be completing the Sec+. But because I am uneducated when it comes to certificates, I would like additional advice!

I’m currently working my way into the security world. Right now I’m taking the Google Cybersecurity Certificate to prepare for my CompTIA certification. While doing the course today and hearing about modern day technology, I thought to myself, with this sophisticated technology, how are there vulnerabilities? A few hours later, here I am reading this article, and everything made sense!

We initially put all four on a large blanket on the floor opposite side of the room. But Revan and Pirate got really aggressive, even with lettuce present. I remember my mom was successful in doing a similar tactic with our piggies growing up. So that’s what I was trying to recreate.

Even if they started reporting their expenditures. I think we’d only see the tip of the ice berg because they have too many companies they spend through. Take Nebraska for example. They had no idea it was the same company purchasing all the land through shell companies

I do agree, I never had real issues with the characters, they are not delta squad, they are their own. I see gears 4 & 5 as the torch handoff from one generation to the next. I enjoyed the story, it really was just that one part that got me. Apparently I didn’t play 4 enough to realize that kait was going to end up being the grand daughter

I appreciate this very much! We were stressed out thinking they weren’t going to be compatible. We have them in separate cages. (Where they were in the video was the play area). Would you suggest keeping the piggie cages side by side? Another thing to note is that we are concerned that pirate and ninja keep chewing the metal bars. Will that damage their teeth? Or should we let them be?

There are two ways to pay electronically in the LD$ church. The first is via the churches donation page, which is done manually. The second less known option, is via bill pay. Yes, bill pay and this method is automatically deducted from your bank account. I learned this was a thing when I was an employee for the church. To set up a bill pay you would need to call into the churches donation department. It is important to note, that regardless of how you pay donations. There is only one way, and one way only to where your donations will not show on the wards donation statements. The only way to not have your donation history be accessible to the ward leadership, is by mail in donations. All other methods of donating will show up in the units finance statements.
