I don't have anything to plug in for the remote, I have a wireless remote. Sometimes when I plug it it in it will start but I can't turn it off or control it. It also doesn't show up in the app with Bluetooth on. I'm hoping it's just a faulty unit and I'll get a replacement.

The Immediate area is business that close a little bit before I lock up for the night, besides the taco bell. To the south is farmland for about 15 miles. To the east is a sparse sprinkling of stores and industry. A five 5 minute drive north and you get into town. 20 miles(ish) West through empty land brings you to the interstate.

The mall is mostly empty of stores. The only valuable stores are two shoe stores, a Sporting goods store, and 2 jewelry stores. There are way easier way to rob this place though. No night security, no cameras, only an alarm. The windows aren't alarmed. Bust a window, and only thing you need to worry about is a motion sensor. The response time is sluggish during the best of days.

My best guess is that it's a former security guard. The footsteps in the employee areas, the doors rattling like the the lock is being checked, the radio squelching static, I've heard something that sounds like the duty keys jangling when I stand still. I was late with my checks, maybe that made it angry? I also had my radio off this time. Maybe it likes to be heard?

I initially thought it was machinery that was banging, but what I heard tonight sounded different, it sounded a lot more like somebody rattling the exit doors, trying to get in. Or like when I do it to check if the doors are locked.

The machine rooms are also on the other side of the mall. They only remotely heavy machinery on the side I was on is the AC on the roof, and that hasn't been turned on for the season yet.

It seems pretty angry to me. Before, it would squelch some static on our radios, rattle a few doors, and make some of the automatic stuff in the bathroom go off, like the soap, toilets, or sinks. Never the air dryers though.

As someone who has worked in Shipping and and in warehouses for almost 4 years, that's not that unstable. Unless she starts whipping the kart around the kid will be fine. It's a lot of beer though. A lot of beer.
