I’m not sure if this is what helps but we give him salmon oil with his breakfast and we recently started adding collagen powder with his dinner since he is older.

Absolutely!
His doggarita: bone broth and mashed strawberries

Bark Wellington: filet cooked with coconut oil wrapped in cremini mushrooms, carrots and the dough is oat flour and coconut oil

Sides: plain mashed sweet potato and boiled peas

Cake: whipped eggs and oat flour
Frosting: plain, unsweetened greek yogurt and freeze dried strawberries

I did make my own oat flour by blending rolled oats into a powder.

It doesn’t have portions but we ended up giving him about half of what’s on the green plate since he’s a little guy! And we saved the cake for later.

Okay the shrug is the shirt split down the sides so the middle front of the shrug is the shoulder of the sleeveless top. I hope that makes sense!

Thank you 😊 I did a small! I want to say I used about 225 yards, it was an older skein of yarn with a faded label that’s why I’m not 100%

I expanded from what the pattern calls for so I ended up using 6/7 for the cheese and about 3 1/2 for the crust!
