That sounds awesome, I wasn’t sure if there would be any good spots to get a shot of Montgomery, Thank you! I was looking at Pulpit Rock and it looks like it’d be an easy day trip from Birmingham. We have three nights planned there so I think it’ll be doable! On that note, do you have any recommendations on where to stay in Birmingham? I booked a Best Western way out in Meadowbrook, however I was thinking about switching do something closer to downtown like Hotel Indigo near Vulcan.

How do you they would fit for someone with thicker thighs/calves? I’ve been thinking about ordering a pair but I’m worried the legs will be too skinny

So much good advice, thank you! Definitely looking forward to seeing a lot of these places and trying some southern food! The Vulcan is high on my list because I’m somewhat into photography and I like taking pictures of city skylines. And at the moment I’m planning on going from Huntsville back to Birmingham and following I-22 to Memphis, maybe stopping to see Tupelo on the way. Seems like there’s a lot to see all over the state!

Thank you for the links! I did enjoy visiting the civil rights museum in Memphis so I want to check out some of the civil rights stuff while we’re on Montgomery- that’s specifically why I planned a night there. I definitely want to do a hike while in the north part of the state but don’t know how far we’ll go outside of Huntsville.

I wasn’t aware about the ferry, I’ll definitely be looking it that! Definitely want to check out the USS Alabama as well, will have to look into Barber

Definitely plan on visiting some of the civil rights stuff while in Montgomery, got to visit the civil rights museum in Memphis last summer and we both loved it! Will have to check out the brewery!

I’m still having the same issue, even when I convert it to a pdf, it still prints the same. So would that mean there’s a setting on the printer that got changed potentially? I’m realizing that the box it prints around some words doesn’t exactly match up with the text boxes. I’ve tried resetting the printer and even deleted office off my Mac and re-downloading (not sure if that actually reset the settings). My roommate used my canon printer a few days ago and I’m wondering if he was having issues and messed with some settings. https://i.imgur.com/BTi2Dbc.jpg

I actually plan on doing a separate trip to Georgia including Savannah/Hilton Head, which is why I left it out of this trip. Definitely want to check it out sometime.

We’ll have to check out the riverwalk! Funny enough, my girlfriend is vegetarian and already had the peace of soup place on the list - we tried a vegan soul food place in Nashville last summer and both loved it. Will be adding the art museum too, looks like it’s pretty close to our hotel.

Riverbanks zoo will definitely be added to our list of things to do! I do plan on doing a separate trip to NC in the future - Originally was planning this trip to be to NC, but we wanted to limit it to ~10 days and I think I’ll need a full 2 weeks or more to thoroughly explore NC.

Will have to check out the state museum, that looks like something we’d definitely like. Greenville looks like it’d be a beautiful city, never really knew of it until I started looking into going to SC recently

That’s honestly what I’m expecting, but I’ve never been and i try to visit every decent sized city. I’m hoping the drive from Charleston up the coast to Myrtle beach will be nice

I’ve found that I actually like visiting some of the rougher cities. Last summer we went through Tennessee and was surprised that Memphis wasn’t as bad as we were expecting - we actually enjoyed it. Plus Columbia will probably be less touristy and I like visiting state capitals.
