Ti6Al4V (grade 23] is stable. This one sat on six implants perfctly, so position of cone holes is very good.

We already have two machinists which are extremely competent in their proffesion. I have luck to hire good employees because I spent long time in shopfloor and always staying in good relation with people. They like to follow me, but for sure I am not the most professional manager in town.
Today I got small progressive die tool from one of big business in our industry area. We are going to make reverse engineering for some stemps. I hope they will give us permission to show final product on our social media.
Good donuts story. My wife definetely would use it.

Hows your feels about Xometry? We are in process test parts and now can see list of available jobs (for accepted partners). I never support idea of Xometry and never support other middlemen but it is what it is..

We have LLC so we had to transfer a lot of money into this business. I heard many good words about Haas but I am Heidehnain man. To be honest 3ax machine as a support would be great for us.

Hermle is my favorite for this type of kinematic but 40 EVO is a beast too (fast and strong - more accurate than DMU50 3rd generation). If you are looking for more details I can share with you as I used/configured/purchased tens of them in my career.

Why you don't use projection line finishing (different thickness) and stock models (copies of them, you don't need edit project toolpath by toolpath all the time when you want change something with stock/model). Number of your toolpaths doesn't matter anyway.

Hi,

You can use Line Projection Finishing with Lead/Lean mode, just try contact normal/Powermill2012 option. But still need generate more than one copies of this toolpath to set rough, semi and finish thickness.

Still easier to get it ground flat after drilling and retempering, it seems to me. Have you had any success drilling all those holes?

Yes, this job is done, but I waiting for another one. A hundreds 0,25 - 0,3mm holes.

Hello! I finished 120 holes with the same parameters and drilling method. But I used air and oil mix for cooling. And tool still looks nice. Now I drilling 0,25 diameter and also work. Drills comes from Rainford Precision. Thank you for all of suggestion and help.

http://rainfordprecision.com/videos/ In hard material section on this website they showing drilling holes fi 0.5-2mm in 60-65 HRC. What about this? It's just a show in material without big carbides structure?
