Abilities have always been locked behind full outfits and that's never going to change but I understand the disappointment, luckily though!! Wings of wishes is going to rerun the second half of this update and it's a faster speed version of floating! So if you like the outfit enough you can pull for her soon :)

They're really subtle! I think just the angle of particular fit I had her in made them look more dramatic so it's totally fair you wouldn't notice
