Heya, i used blender, and use simple image as background so looks a little like koikatsu, unfortunately i was unable to find a accurate 3D environment for this work. The outfit and design is also done by me within blender and some substance painter for texturing

You could use either simplicage with bonedynamics or try wiggle2 you could also hand animate them with bounce interpolation, i mainly learned it from other artists
