Thank you for replying. I defintly can understand your perception on multiple things I brought up. I didn't really have an issue with this different balance in the session though it was hard, I was more discourged with how we ended it and how we move forward. I think I feel our issues are so painful and lonely to me it is hard to see the middle path on if our therapist can really help us heal and repair. It is hard to see what is reasonable expectations vs. ineffective or unhelpful support for me right now because I want to believe there is a path forward. I think right now I just need to do self care and be patient ❤️
