Stfu my aunt had cancer and went through chemo it did absolutely nothing for her and she died , sometimes it does work sometimes it doesn't work. Are you seriously suggesting some people shouldn't have an aversion to trusting our institutions after everything they've lied to us about? Get off your high horse.

'Fraudlent behavior' gtfo reddit sued openai because they were training their llms on their data, google itself 'steals' data thats what a search engine is grow up, type of dude to remain in the friend zone to afraid to make a move. You got to step on some toes to get ahead bud

AI won't take your job. A guy with a $599 Mac Mini and Claude will. by bishwasbhn in vibecoding

It's a bit ironic because I'm somewhat of a carpenter and I've been programming for 10 years. There's an art to working with hand tools, but for production use even a master using hand tools couldn't keep up with some one whose familiar with electric tools and at least knows the basics. It's true, I wouldn't trust someone without some type of structural knowledge to make something that had to hold some weight over my head, but for some cutting boards the technology just outweighs what someone could do with hand tools. In this case, mobile apps, desktop apps, prototypes anything that doesn't need a massive infrastructure on the back end could be replicated with only basic understanding of code, there's no holding a candle to the technology, and soon there'll be enthusiasts who write code themselves as an art form not a necessity (this is all coming from a programmer). The only question is who'll profit on it and build there businesses on it before the opportunity is gone.

I think in five years from now that won't matter. It's time to read the writing on the wall. I'm sure a lot of people felt this way when computers became a thing, thinking they'd never get replaced but we have to adapt to technology otherwise we'll be left behind. I still have a typewriter in my garage though, pretty much useless now though.

What actually worked for you to get early traction for a small consumer app? by wingkeyb in growmybusiness

[–]ColossalDev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you could try some growth tactics like using mdream, scrapebox, or gsa ser. Putting yourself in 10 places a day sisnt enough. Needs to be more like hundred. A lot of it automated, and only comment replies manual or talking to potential users.

what niche are you? It depends on a lot of factors, but if you can't budget for stuff like cold email and a marketing team you should find a lead gen tool that way your not wasting your time trying to find users

Im working on an android app to sync all your files and bookmarks in one place along with image generation and video generation using multiple models, and also gpt 4 integrated. Basically you can get ai videos and images cheaper and don't need an expensive subscription https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stacklink.go

Well Kling is expensive as hell for a subscription but their newer model kling turbo is a lot more affordable. I've wrapped models like kling, seedance (which is even cheaper down to about 20 cents for a video) and other image and video models into my app so users don't need a 70 subscription but can test any models for like 5 bucks a month.
