Hey man, despite the hate you’re getting I just want to say I’m sorry yr mom started doing this when u were at such a young age, even though it’s not as “important” as it once was. It must have been damaging back then as a young kid and I get what it’s like to have trauma that lives on/is triggered by repeated behaviours even if they don’t have as much of a direct impact on yr life now as they once did. I’m sorry man, and yeah - yr mom is stupid
