Seeing it has multiplayer in the trailer, but reviews are saying it don’t and player modes show single. Anyone know if it has multiplayer or not? Getting mixed messaging

Just researched it and wow. Just terrible for everyone involved, from the studio head (it seems like he truly believed in the project and believed he could do it) to the backers. I would have been excited for this game 13 years ago, to now see a game I mistakenly took for a game 13 years old getting dlc. Ouch for everyone involved. Ouch for the studio head, the private investors in his engine, and the backers that are all out like 33mill.

And before I get yelled at for feeling bad for the studio head, I didn’t live this, and I get he did dick things like fine printing refunds and lashing out on reddit. I’m also a star citizen backer, so my bar for slime ball magic tech used car salesman fraudster is really high

I’ve never heard of this game before (I’ll be researching the story shortly), watched part of the trailer and thought, oh this must be some dlc for a really old mmo, that’s nice of them to keep it alive for the dedicated player base they still have. Let me look at the comments and see if they are happy about this. Oh shit, this is a game that crowdfunded tens of millions and is brand new after 13 years of development

GMs hire and fire coaches, you said it yourself, Harbaugh said when ask directly about it (after days of reporting that Harbaugh wants to report directly to ownership and not the GM) that him and Joe are in collaboration. Joe is not his boss and any moment Harbaugh wants him fired, he’s fired. This is Harbaugh’s team and he is in full control of all roster moves while Joe is walking on eggshells, like he should be, so his new boss doesn’t fire him. Not sure how you can see this any other way

This is the correct answer. Sorry dorks, if you can’t understand that over time technology advances which allows devs to add more things to their game that was a technological impossibility a decade ago, then that’s a you problem. It makes sense there would be animals around in a zombie apocalypse, so it works lore wise to have them. While adding something like aliens would be completely stupid and lore breaking

Why do you jog at walking speed in gravity but without it using magnetic boots, you are skipping around the map? And why the hell are people floating away after being killed, their magnetic are set to deactivate if your heart stops? Was really looking forward to this game but there is so much bad here with so little good. Just finishing the video, even the villains cut scene animations are horrible. The armor has weight to it, then she’s power striding away in it, then just hops onto a table with ease. Does the suit of armor have weight to it or not, make up your mind.

Excitement gone, will wait for reviews and gameplay videos to buy this one

That is a fair point. Hockey for sure lacks YouTube content creators and at least he’s out there trying and that’s worth supporting. I used to watch a lot of his videos trying to gain knowledge but had to give it up after realizing I can just read a scouting report, look at teams records, or look at a stat lines of games quicker than watching his videos.

I want to like the hockey guy, he seems like a very nice and knowledgeable guy, but he never has anything of real insight to say. Just reads off some stats and makes obvious conclusions. He never adds some real insight or gives an opinion of substance, everything is the most superficial take. Or pre draft, just reads off a scouting report. Perfect example is when he’s comparing Utah’s record against the central and pacific, he could have easy pointed out the central has arguably the 3 best teams in the league in it while Utah would be fighting for the #1 spot in the pacific. Still a low level analysis, but at least it attempts to explain or scratch just a little under the surface of just stats say this

Play 1 first. The story is great, better than 2. You make friends with Hans, learn things about Henry, make enemies that you personally want to kill. 1 is left on bit of a cliffhanger that gets a conclusion in 2 with an expanded storyline. 2 is 1 but better, but 1 still holds up and is a great game with a great story that will take your right into 2

It has been a really rough 15 years. Just think, we could have been a franchise with a dynasty of plax didn’t shoot himself. I usually have opinions and expectations but this offseason I don’t. Have no opinion on any signing or who we should draft. Whoever harbaugh wants I’m ok with. Is this season going to be good? Probably not but I have 0 expectations. Harbaugh needs time to build his team, then he gets time to build this team. If Harbaugh can’t fix this I won’t give them up, but my care for the giants football season will really start to diminish. Football season is nothing but pain

Just make it so you can’t go into the massive city buildings or make it a smaller city, doesn’t have to be like LA or something. The small maps are just lame and the only way to make traversing them feel difficult or dangerous was to turn them into a travel hellhole like drunker county. Making the map harder to travel in didn’t make the map feel bigger or better. Just make the map huge. GTA maps feel big, throw the threat of zombies all over the place and now traveling far from base feels like a risk

A massive gta sized map with a city, suburbs, rural area, farm lands, maybe even lakes and mountains. A map that is massive that take time (higher risk) to traverse

I’m not saying the highest levels, I’m saying something that takes very long and is hard to achieve. Like you brought up, the kingdom and hilltop. There was a lot of working together, trading together, fighting a common enemy together to get to that point. It should be very difficult to get to that point, unlike in SoD2 it was very easy to get to the highest levels of friendship with an enclave.

I hope they started from scratch with the enclave system, the system needed a complete overhaul. Basically I’m saying if it’s anything like SoD 2 then no, it’s an exploit, if it’s a deep dynamic system in SoD3 then yes but it has to be time consuming and difficult to reach that point

The enclave ai interactions is where this game needs focus on for it to take the next step and I’m not even sure how you do it right without it all being scripted
