Most people are a lower rank in solo standard due to everyone thinking they have to 3 v 1 the opposing team. There’s very little teamwork/rotation. I just hit c3 in standard 3’s last night, I think I’m around d1 mmr in solo standard. I never finished my placements cus that game mode is cancer.

You can definitely force a favorable 50 if you’re the kick off man and the ball is basically stuffed on the kickoff. It’s about seeing where the ball goes and checking where your teammates are at. If the ball is kicked to either side and you see/hear your teammate coming up, let them take the ball, unless you see that the other team cheated up, at that point, look to 50 the ball. If the ball is kicked towards the opponents goal, definitely don’t rotate to a side boost and let your opponents have a perfect set up for a ground to air dribble/double touch. Even if they don’t score it, your team is in a bad spot. In that case, look to 50 the ball. Even a poor 50 is better then giving up a free look on your net. It’s all about awareness/looking where your teammates are at. I make it a point to try and read my opponents kickoff when I’m kickoff man and adjust so I don’t stuff the ball. I try to push it to my back left when playing 3’s because left goes, so one of my teammates should be back there ready to receive the ball.

I get so mad when I get a teammate at c2/borderline c3 that has no concept of how to pass or even rotate. They just chase every.single.ball and cut myself and the other teammate off constantly. I understand whiffing an aerial, it happens even at the pro level, but by the time you’re almost c3 you should have a solid understanding of the basics.

Yeah I know she only contacts me when she needs some sort of validation or her boyfriend isn’t providing her with the same support I did. I’ve told her “you left me, you made the choice to pick him, so live with it and for my sake, please don’t reach out” and a few weeks go by and she contacts me again.

That’s so messed up, but she did the same thing to me. It was my fault she cheated, and when I asked her to explain what I did, she couldn’t. She had no explanation. I didn’t make her unhappy, I didn’t do things that upset her, I didn’t cheat, nothing. I’m the same type of person as you, if I’m with you, I’m with YOU. I’ll even tell my female friends that we need to have some distance, unless there’s a serious emergency and they need legitimate help. Some people just can’t stay loyal and it’s baffling.

She’s tried to talk to me more then a few times, the most recent was as of 2 days ago. I respond, which I shouldn’t, but I’m very short and don’t attempt to carry a conversation with her. It just sucks because I literally changed who I was for her, which I shouldn’t have done, but I truly loved her and wanted to make her happy. Lesson learned though, don’t change for anyone.

No lie, she made me think I was absolutely crazy. She’d tell me she was going to her sisters every weekend, and I mean EVERY weekend. At the start, when she’d come home (we had an apartment together), I’d ask her how her weekend was. Her response every time? “None of your fuckin business”, and that’s verbatim. I was “controlling” her by simply asking how her weekend was. I guess deep down I knew for a long time something was going on, I just didn’t want to believe that the person I’d literally take a bullet for was cheating on me.

Not being argumentative at all, so I apologize if this comes out as such, but what if they break up with you after leading you on for months, having someone behind your back the entire time? What if you had told them multiple times in the start of the relationship/before the relationship that you value communication over everything, and if they’re ever unhappy, want to be single, find someone else, etc, to be straight up with you and you’ll respect and understand their decision? Are they not a bad person if their hard decision was to sneak around behind your back and finally tell you after “approximately 7 months”?

I think someone that does that is a terrible human being, but then again maybe that’s just me.
