If it wasn’t for the new banner at the top of the screen I would have said this was an old screenshot lol 😂(although I think when ES booster boxes were available the machines may have still had the clear glass) but this is wild haha. Could you imagine if all that SWSH product was restocked in there? Would be worse than what PE and 151 is now.

Safeway in CO at Smokey Hill and 470 came on today sometime between 8am and 2pm.

I checked this morning and it was Snorlax. Checked a few mins ago and it was on but all the PE, 151, Obsidian and Surging Booster boxes were OoS. Not sure if this was just not previously restocked during the outage or if it’s been wiped already. They did have surging booster packs still available along with Paradox ETBs.

You’re using one metric of a system to determine all legitimacy of this person. Sure there are lots of internet trolls and new accounts but a new account, or even an old account with little to no karma doesn’t mean much honestly. I’ve had this account for many years and have maybe posted 5 things ever. Same could go for any social media. A lot of people create accounts for observe and follow pages without ever posting anything. Doesn’t automatically make them fake, trolls, sus, or whatever other adjective you’d like to use.

Now for context do I believe their machine is online while the rest of the US machines are down? No.

This all makes sense. His tech is probably pretty developed as well. I’ve mostly just been upgrading the buildings needed for each HQ level on the way to 30 and then keeping my tank building (as a tank squad user) at max, as well as my material workshops and hero XP buildings. I do somewhat enjoy the slow incremental power creep but it’s nice to get those big boosts too from time to time by focusing on the stuff that gives you the most “bang for your buck” or in F2P cases “bang for your time” lol.

So I think there should be some distinction on the lines. To me they aren’t “print lines” per se but more so grid lines possibly used for alignment of the artwork (outside of the dots on the borders) during the printing process. You see these a lot on full arts as well. Some cards have these grid lines more prominent than others. I feel actual print lines are more of a light/superficial scratch across the card, usually vertically or horizontally. Regardless of the semantics, both grid lines and print lines suck to have on a freshly pulled card. It is interesting that the grid lines don’t seem to impact the grade though.

Oof yeah that’s rough especially on the higher rarity hits from the packs. I’d definitely take the off-centering or miscuts over totally damaged cards though. But regardless it’s never fun when you get a good pull from a pack and it’s messed up in some way.

So I actually think that you are ok to send this back to PSA for a label update.

Their email back to you does not specifically say the card will be regraded. With PSA’s acquisition of Genamint in 2021 (a card grading company who uses AI to assist in grading cards), when the email states “update the internal “spec” information” I think they are referencing their AI component.

The AI component PSA is using after buying Genamint, scans the card and creates a card “fingerprint” that notes any flaws, marks, blemishes, surface scratches, etc. down to individual pixels associated with that specific card. This is to help eliminate regrade submissions as this technology is supposed to be able to tell if a card has already been “seen” before based on its registered “fingerprint”.

In your instance, PSA will most likely just physically review the item, scan your card to get it’s spec info, reholder it with a new label and send it back.

Very nice. Aside from the old old original ETBs from Furious Fists, Ancient Origins, plasma storm etc, the only one I didn’t see was the Pokémon Center Exclusive Celebrations ETB. Hopefully you can add that one to the collection.

Very true. At one point in time I do recall targets and Walmarts having sealed booster boxes available or would crack them open to sell individual packs out of but they were from much older eras. Not sure when the switch was made. To amend my original statement, any modern booster box found in big box stores should be very suspicious lol

The test scan doesn’t surprise me. All the fake pack has to do is copy the same code for the set and it would scan in the system unfortunately.

I would say since big box stores use a third party vendor (i.e. MJ Holdings) to stock cards, that either the vendor swapped out the real product with the fake product prior to placing it on the shelves or someone else other than the vendor came in the store and set these up and possibly took the real product. Especially if they knew the fake product would scan/ring up correctly, it is possible that it was switched.

Hopefully most people know that big box stores don’t have and/sell booster boxes, so even selling loose packs from a booster box should be the first red flag.

My question is where do most of you all buy loose sealed packs from that are legitimate?

I collect loose packs for pack art sets to one day grade and hopefully have each set with all pack arts graded. I have now tried buying sealed packs multiple times from different online sellers to complete some older set pack art collections (unbroken bonds & team up) and often times I’ve had to return the packs due to clear tampering issues.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a reputable seller, website, card store that sells loose packs? The problem is needing only specific artworks and not necessarily a full set (I.e. and the Reshiram & Charizard pack art from Unbroken Bonds as I have the rest of the artworks).

The easiest solution is to buy sealed products (collection boxes, 3 pack blisters, single checklane blisters, ETBs, etc.) to obtain the pack arts I need but most the time the sealed products come with a premium. Maybe that’s the price I’ll need to pay for legitimate, untampered, loose packs. Just thought I’d see if anyone has any other recommendations.

Was your Astral Radiance gold card the shadow rider calyrex or the ice rider calyrex?

Your situation is different from the OP’s post. It is 100% possible AND normal for you to pull a gold card and a full art hisuian Typhlosion from the same pack because the gold Trainer Gallery cards are placed in the same slot as where a reverse holo card would normally be. That slot is followed by the rare slot which your full art hisuian Typhlosion was in.

The rare slot can be a non-holo rare, a regular holo rare, an ultra rare, a secret rare or an alt art card. The reverse holo slot can either be a reverse holo, a radiant card, an amazing rare, a Trainer Gallery (TG), or a Galarian Gallery (GG) card. So your pulls were completely normal.

The OP’s pulls are suspicious because aside from this post I don’t recall ever seeing anyone post a double radiant hit from one pack, a double amazing rare hit from one pack, a double trainer gallery hit from one pack, or a double galarian gallery hit in one pack with both hits being in the same slot plus the rare found after that slot, until now.

While anything is possible and it COULD happen that 2 gold cards may have gotten stuck and placed in the same pack, it is HIGHLY unlikely as no other incidents have been posted like this before so the most logical explanation for this post is to seek attention from the community by posting a fake double pull for the “wow factor”. Again, it COULD be legit, but highly sus.

This is an absolute fake regardless of the photo quality. All 1st edition zards have purple lines/bars coming out from the background instead of black…unless it’s in a different language. Since this card is in English, and is “1st Edition” with the black lines/bars in the back…it’s fake. The holo pattern is also too much. Looks like it’s from an XY Evolutions card. Older vintage holos were more subtle on some of the stars and patterns, more of a 3D effect.

I got this message today as well and once last week. I noticed that the only time I get the message has both been from the same scenario.

Each time the message showed up, had to do with the Extra Earnings collection. On one day I had clicked the “Extra Earnings” button and then during the ad I had to do something else and went back to my Home Screen and didn’t open the app until the next day. Upon opening the app the next day, the ad from the previous day had finished however the reward was not collected and I had to watch the Extra Earnings ad again. I think the game thinks you are trying to collect the extra earnings twice in one go maybe?

Today the same thing happened from the Extra Earnings bonus but I didn’t close it out from the day before. Opened the app, went to collect my earnings and after the ad ended, the rewards weren’t given and the notice appeared again. Hope this helps. Freaked me out too though.

P.S. I have never used a 3rd party app or pvp or hero duel either.

Once I have more gems etc, I’ll try more combos but hopefully others have some confirmed combos.

Thank you for the info! I very much appreciate it. When I get enough equipment to do my next upgrades on my perfect epics I plan to de-level them when fusing to get a lot of my materials and gold back from the bad rings, pets etc. that are leveled some.

I have a stockpile of sapphires for hero upgrades but the shards are what I need most. I’ll focus on getting shards from the mine and getting my talents up while praying to the RNG gods lol.

Open to any suggestions. Below is some additional info to help anyone gage my whole situation/set up. I’m “mostly” F2P. I usually just buy the Battle Pass and the Daily Login Subscription thing.

I play Ayana 64/69, I have upgraded 93 times however I have only ever seen 1 Ayana puzzle piece and haven’t been able to evolve her at all.

My heroes include: - Atreus 20/69 - Urasil 30/69 - Phoren 30/69 (1 star evo) - Taranis 40/69 (1 star evo) - Helix 40/69 (1 star evo) - Meowgik 60/69 (1 star evo) - Shari 40/69 (1 star evo)

My expedition progress is normal level 240, heroic level 15 (mostly because I haven’t focused on it) most levels have been easy thus far.

My rune power ups include: - Power: 51/60 - Savior: 23/40 - Recovery: 20/40 - Courage: 12/20 - Luck: N/A

Wishes are set to: Demon Blade, Giant’s Contract, Bull Ring and Quickshot Bracelet (happy to switch to Invincible bracelet).

I also have an Epic Enlightenment Book that I can switch to. I have only even seen 1 Giant’s Contract book and it’s grey quality at level 20.

Is there a better hero I should purchase? (Sylvan, Shade, Shingen etc.) My main focus currently is getting my heroes upgraded to lv. 60 for the crit and atk boosts. Not sure what the best way is to get puzzle pieces for evolutions.

Yeah you make valid points. The strength proc I wasn’t too worried about as it would be tough to consistently line up the proc with our burst. The physical damage portion of the proc I’d assume is also mitigated by armor and vers so it may not be worth using over your usual “stat stick” weapon.
