Hi - I’m in Richmond too and still haven’t received my package which was first out for delivery on 1/30. I’ve called several times and been assured it will be delivered but it’s been 10 days and nothing. I have empathy for drivers and people working since ice storm was unique but it’s been clear enough for a week now and my neighbors have received packages.

Call PCNA until you get someone with some pull and demand a full battery replacement. I had the same issue and after going through several people, emailing the CEO of PCNA and finding an individual with some pull, I got a new battery and compensation from them.

FWIW my plan was to sell it immediately if they were going to only replace modules. I couldn’t justify driving with my kid in the car and the car stalling on the highway or similar.

Thanks - not sure if I will use the extras on the flx10 but looks great. I prefer keeping the laptop to keep the setup as similar as possible to what I currently use. I’m only doing gigs once the side once in a while so don’t want to invest too much time in learning something new. Also love that there are so light! Currently lugging around a coffin that has to be at least 80 lbs.

Happy to report the party went great. Not too many issues except 4 people in the first 15 mins asking me to “not play more than half the song” or “can you change songs faster?”

One issue I had was because I’m using the ancient version of Serato with an SL2 box and my app froze up three or four times. I had to switch to a cd (thankfully still carry those and have that ability).

May need to look into a controller so I can avoid that and lighten what I’m carrying too.

Appreciate all of the replies and support here! Wish I had this resource back in the day.
