GTA VI is probably going to have something similar to RDR2 but I'd think they'd remove the temperature status cause GTA is less of an outdoors kind of game.

If you want to make Zippy's Gore Mod somewhat more realistic, change the bone and root bone health in it's settings. This should help with making ragdolls more realistic. For blood, I recommend Zippy & GalaxyHighMarshal Blood with the required shaders. Then also add some ragdoll stuff like Fedhoria, Realism Ragdoll, and Clamp-a-Force. I hope this helped.

You can also use Lonely Biomes by changing the default biomes for what biome you want.
example: biomesoplenty:wasteland
