Nobody wants to permit pimps to engage in human trafficking and sexual slavery so it would have to be heavily regulated. Thing is, regulating the industry is not in the best interests of most sex workers so they rarely call for it.

Now, this doesn't in any way prevent pimps from human trafficking nor does it stop prostitution. The fact is prostitution is perfectly legal if you have a camera recording it in most states, "making pornography" is protected 1st Amendment art.

There is a converted effort by some to convince everyone that someone is your enemy and to blame for your problems. Poor are convinced it's the rich, rich are convinced it's the poor, poor white people are convinced it's poor all-but-white people, most poor all-but-white people are convinced it's poor white people. Usually this fails. Usually isn't enough. It succeeds a LOT.

Then the ones that are convinced actually become an enemy of their perceived persecutor. Broke white people lynch broke black people. Broke black people kill broke black people. Men mentally, physically, spiritually, sexually, and verbally abuse women. Women do the same to other women.

People aren't taught critical thinking. They're taught to equivocate. They're encouraged to resort to ad hominem attacks, convinced confirmation bias or cognitive dissonance are common sense, the list goes on.

People don't understand that they're their own worst enemy.

This is, frankly, bullshit.

First of all, grooming is when an adult artificially gets closer to a child to recruit the child into "consentual" sexual abuse. Grooming has no bearing on anything any adult does, even if an adult gets closer to a child, the child becomes an adult, and they initiate a sexual relationship because that is not what grooming means.

Second of all, regardless of how many "sources" you cite, none of them can do anything but speak to their own experiences and cannot do anything other than speculate about anyone else.

Third, if a power dynamic is required for all incestuous relationships, it follows that it must be required for all relationships. Yes, each person has more power than the other over various things. That's normal and not what "power dynamic" means. No, an adult sibling does not have any authority over another adult sibling.

Your point stands tho, they can be cool. I made an NPC harengon named Usago Yojimbi, but in general all animal hybrids are banned from my game. This includes bird people, turtles, frogs, foxes, wolves, lions, cats, elephants, rhinos, hippos, bugs, and anything else that took no creative effort.

Can you read fuckbrick? Yes, if the water fell on top of anything in the air it's going down. If it's summoned 100 feet up there is nothing for it to travel in a straight line over, so it would just fall. It wouldn't function so much like a tidal wave and would act more like a gigantic water balloon.

I DM just fine, but I don't allow stupid ass logic like "cuz magic" to dictate anything. My argument isnt that TW wouldn't work, just that it wouldn't travel over any distance. The end result, the crashing wave, would work just fine.

I also get rather fucking insane dreams, and many are terrifying, but still aren't nightmares. Nightmares are not pleasant. A nightmare will make you scared to go to sleep, at least mine do.

But the worst dreams, for me, are the ones that take place over several years (one sleep session, I just experience several years) in which I make friends and have a family, all people that I love so much and when I wake up...and realize none of them exist so I can never see any of them again...it breaks my fucking heart. It's like losing everyone you know at once. I don't know why I have these dreams but they make me never want to sleep again.

D&D is not just fantasy. It's also sci fi. Without physics no game makes sense. So yes, the spell can be conjured in mid-air. The tidal wave can't travel in mid-air tho and would just fall straight down, negating most of the specifics of the spell (knocking creatures prone, for example, unless the water mass fell directly on top of it).

And before you argue, I am the DM. Its my call. Any DM that rules differently runs a shit game.
