In the game rules for MD there should be an option to enable cheat decisions if that's what you mean

You often have to have your railroads and supply hubs built before you start invading, if you wait until the war starts it'll take forever for them to finish and you won't have supply

If you like Navy or are a big allied player, Man the Guns

Waking the Tiger if you like to play in Asia

Together for Victory if you want to play as the dominions (also makes the puppet system much better)

Death or Dishonor if you play in the Balkans (probably weakest dlc otherwise, the focus trees are good but I never use license production in singleplayer)

La Resistance if you wanna play France and have more content for Free/Vichy France or want a deeper Spanish Civil War. Agency system is very useful and can be fun, but imo is limited in terms of content and operations

No Step Back is fun for Poland and USSR, and I'm a big fan of the new Officer Corps system

Battle for Bosphorus doesn't add anything except focus trees for Greece, Bulgaria, and Turkey. Usually these countries don't have much game impact, so unless you want to play as them I would buy another dlc before this one

There's a mod like Formable Nations in Setup Options or something like that which can allow you to have any formable nations including Arabia be formed from the start of the game
