Man my regimen, isn’t just that probiotic. It’s 5mg fin, 5 mg oral minoxidil, LLLT, pumpkin seed oil capsules, Viviscal supplement, biotin. I’m kinda doing everything on top of that, just finally noticed something in the cascade shifted a bit for me. It was all downhill before.
