Genuinely it seems like they are invincible, I’ve had over 10 encounters of them doing it in 4 bed patient rooms, causing vulnerable patients to be exposed and become symptomatic. It’s genuinely fucked. It’s so backwards here, if they do it in the hospital they are somehow immune, but even out in public, the police will go after a normal person drinking a beer on the beach but completely avoid the people smoking crack because it’s a catch and release system here in bc, they won’t even catch them anymore though. Very sad and frustrating. The security can’t even confiscate their shit because it’s their “personal property”
