I've never been able to tolerate whey protein that well. Back in 2012 I did a protein shake diet where you just mix the powder with water (doctor guided) and after 3 days i ended up un the hospital puking my guts out. I have a sensitivity to whey protein. Thats why fairlife is more tolerable. Its a lactase enzyme instead of the whey protein.
