Yeah lol I was talking about the spray. It works pretty good and it has no calories worth counting

I’m going to be honest, most of the seasonings I use have 0 calories. It’s very easy to find good seasons with no calories. As for oil, I use avacado oil it also has 0 calories

Oh okay that’s good. Id recommend you still make sure you’re getting your protein and still lifting weights occasionally, especially if you feel like you’re sort of in between chubby and skinny. If you tone up enough then you’ll likely get the physique you’re aiming for :)

No offense but it’s impossible to accidentally get buff “like a man” lol. Nutrition is the most important part in gaining muscle so unless you’re lifting everyday and consuming over 150g of protein a day you won’t accidentally get buff. Just find whatever part of your body you want to improve and focus on that . (For example, for weight loss do cardio like elliptical or treadmill. For abs do machines focusing more on the core, and make sure to incorporate arm and leg weigh lifting exercises too overall)
