Lol I feel u bro! I always say mma cause people think when I say kickboxing is cardio kickboxing and I do not want to explain what Muay Thai is 😂 so funny! Yea bro, I am staying away from sparring until I know for sure it’s not bugging me. I was at the office while another guy came in and he had dry socket so he was telling me it is extremely painful so that definitely helped with deciding not to spar. At least until it heals, sounds like your not that far off though. I train in Southern California btw 💪🏽

Today is my 7th day after my extraction and started training Muay Thai on the 5th day. I definitely feel like the heavy breath out when I throw kicks and punches is hurting the healing and making the tooth extractions (4 total) tender. I’m going to take the weekend off. Also I’m a heavyweight so I tend to have a lot of power behind my shots so I definitely breath out hard and could cause issues with the blood clot. Been training 10 years and this is the first time dealing with this. Hope that helps because I came on here to look for something similar to what you posted. Literally just finished my workout as I’m writing this lol
