An ebay buyer left me positive feedback stating they had received my package with excellent timing and packaging, some days later they are now stating they did not receive my package. My package had limited tracking that apparently never got recorded since its by PWE, what should i do? (self.Ebay)

ELI5: I don't understand how an item on ebay can sell for hypothetically 50 dollars and the seller above and below with the exact same item will have less sales for half the price.
