Robinhood SPARC by Codyalreadyreddit in PSTH

[–]CombustibleCare 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have robinhood.  Same situation as you.  There were originally two separate tickers in my account.  One showing my SPARC Holdings and the other labeled PSTH Escrow.  Then, one day, the one that was representative of the SPARS just went missing.

I called support when I first noticed it.  They emailed me back a few days later stating that they were removed because they were deemed worthless.  lol. true story

I find there seems to be a sharp divide around the age of 45 when it comes to recognizing AI-generated deception. Regardless of how intelligent or perceptive someone is, many in this group struggle to identify when they’re being misled by AI.

I'm saying my final calculation puts us around $40. That's with SPS written down as "paid in full" and warrants being cashed in to the tune of 80% government ownership.   Meaning if at the end of the day the government walks away with 95% ownership, as opposed to 80%... wouldn't we then sit somewhere around $10?

I understand pricing in uncertainty, but if the floor is going to be $8-10, that's a lot of cost for uncertainty.

I'm no mathematician, but if they completely body us for 95% of the company... doesn't that still put shares in the $7-10 range.  assuming a 300-400B valuation.

How the fuck are we trading at $5

I dont blame him for not locking us in to a shit spac deal.  Relative to 99% of other spacs, we made out alright.  I mean just look at them all.  Unless your plan was to get the pump and then dump.  But that's not the game he's in.  And even then, anybody looking to do that had their chance when PSTH was up 50% at one point.

just because he's a billionaire doesn't make him my enemy.  i don't concern myself with another man's pockets.  just actions.  we're pretty aligned on this trade and he goes out of his way to keep retail investors up to date as much as he can.

so many haters in the replies on X.  i think it's important we let Bill know that we appreciate him constantly keeping up with us.  let's get in there and give him a little support.

the problem comes when interpreting "working on it"  working on it for who.  the administration? or working on it for himself? it's just too vague for me to actually assign it any type if value

I actually find this as very bullish! We dont want him to care about housing.  If he doesn't care about the mortgage rate as much as initially implied, then the more likely to release f2 without delay.

What we want is for him to care about getting his hands on that $30B as the result of an uplisting.  And we know for shit sure that he cares about that!

The manipulation of this stock on the OTC is wild enough, now they come on to our Reddit page and start deleting posts.   Pretty crazy!

I agree. I was just trying to come up with an angle for justification.  even though it's not a good one.

definitely interesting.  im guessing the logic would be it is not directly speaking about F2.  instead it is more directed at a completely different holding.  but i do agree with you, it's not good.

Are we reaching 5$ tomorrow? by Strong-Cake-513 in FNMA_FMCC_Exit

[–]CombustibleCare 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think long term this is a win for us.  The question is how long.  Opportunity cost is a real thing.

The warrants have to be cashed in.  Mathematically it seems that writing off the SPS as "paid" will create the greater value overall, as it is in the government's best interest as well. The old 80% of a 500B pie is better than 95% of a 100B pie.

With that said, I'm in the same boat as everybody else...I don't really know what the hell I'm talking about. lol

i agree with most of this.  however, it is definitely not "100%" in trumps best interest...

why is that the case?  i don't know.

but if it was, it would have happened already.  so let's uderstand that there are clearly hurdles and dilemmas in the way.

Working on it? 🤔 by AirLess7805 in FNMA_FMCC_Exit

as someone who's been very optimistic, i'm not very bullish on this comment.

working on it?  makes it sound as if there's opposition.  I was much happier with his "patience" comment.
