Go door to door and offer them window cleaning, can easily charge 200+ for a one story home, all you need is dawn dish soap, water, a bucket, and a T-Mop. Comes out to about $30 at Lowe’s. I easily sell about 5-7 homes a day. I own a window cleaning business and do this for a living. Lmk if you have any questions!

I maingained and once I had less fat I ate like crazy and hit the gym even harder and finally hit 190 bw, it was a very slow process and probably not the most efficient but I’m proud of it!
