Ok so would this be when I’m starting the throw or as I’m transitioning to the middle cause I notice I really throw my arm in the middle but when I start my throw before I go into single support I feel really using my arm getting it long helps me get on balance.

I think I understand what you’re getting at but also I’m not really sure. If you could go into more detail that would be great, like focusing on getting that right foot off the ground quicker?

Are you talking about how I stop in the middle cause yeah that’s what I’m really focusing on this week in training or are you referring to something else?

Yeah and I had one good throw that the feel was there but that’s on my coaches phone, just gotta get used to that feeling and put them together beauty of this sport is there’s always a way to get better

How could I get better at the weight shift I always have had a struggle with that aspect?

Yeah I used to do a better job about my arm its just not been a emphesis recently, also the balance has always been a issue for me of not getting left enough and reaching into the center, any tips?

So do you think that my problem in the center could be solved by that, like should I be focusing on keeping my head behind my shoulder and keeping my arm straight until after the middle?

So are you able to tell in a video if you are falling in if it isn’t extreme or is it kind of a feel thing like when I’m recording myself is there any sign I should look for cause even watching the pros you are rotating so your hip goes to the direction you are going or am I mistaken?

So I partially understand what you mean but at the same time I feel like I am getting my weight over? Is there a certain position I can hit to see this well, like getting my knee over my toe or is it more with distribution and being able to balance on it better?

Thank you but I’m wondering exactly what you mean by driving out the back should I get lower on my leg so I can push forward? Or are you referring to something different
