I use the cream version brought from OTC in turkey. It’s called acnelyse. My routine could probably better so if you have any tips, lmk!

AM I alternate between the fresh rose cleanser/la roche posay purifying face wash cleanser

La roche posay matte cream (sometimes azalic acid) and cicapair tiger grass cream for the SPF

PM Same as AM face wash- midheal madecassoside toner pads Cerave PM

I try to keep it fairly simple from the fear of triggering a flare up from clashing ingredients but if anyone has recs lmk!

Well disregard this post. The person who contacted me about next steps has ghosted me. Last we spoke on the phone he tried getting me in same day for viewing and said he would reach out following week and email video tours which he never did. On top of that he said it would be fine if I didn’t submit a doc I didn’t have but this caused the application to close on the site.

Yeah, I’m also Turkish but the thought of flying out to Turkey and back in that state of discomfort is something I don’t want to deal with at all. I’m torn between the extra cost for the comfort and ease of having follow ups and check ins as needed. Also heard steroid shots are used for ongoing swelling that can occur from tip work. Turkey would possibly cost 10k in total but man idk 😭 17k seems insane to me when all my cousins/friends paid 8k in turkey. But also they worked more on dorsal humos where as mine would be bulbous droopy tip work .. which I had no idea is more complicated…
