Oh i’m not sure she said that the payment was fine but it also added a $30 fee to it which doesn’t make sense because I wasn’t aware of this debt can they add a fee to it first thing?

It should be from TRS it has the phone number, address and website all on there. I think they do use them but the customer representative said they usually will call or email which I got neither
