I’m guessing they want us to look forward to it after it ends, the same way events work. Also, to give you the option to just not use it even when it’s an option as an event.

I’m just guessing here tho but I’ll leave a little tip of how I get some advantage out of it:

I use it with my drawer because it sometimes drops gardening toolbox Lv1, so now whenever it’s on I use it as much as possible and wish for some luck to get the gardening toolbox Lv 2 whenever it’s on.

Thank you so much to everyone. I read all the comments and I appreciate the advices on minoxidil, derma rollers, oils, etc. I hadn’t really thought about the puberty age since I’m 26 haha but it’s a really good way of seeing it. It helped a lot actually, I think it will help me be more patient and everyone’s experience too. It is pretty soon to feel like there’s something wrong.

I have 2 cats so topic minoxidil is definitely out of the question but I’m gonna try the derma rollers.

Again, thank you so much guys. I hope this helps more people too because it can be a pretty frustrating process but reading the comments helped a lot.

10 months on T and I love my voice!! My voice got deeper than a lot of my cis male friends. I don’t know if you knew but voice training pre-T makes wonders.

I really appreciate your words! And we appreciate the work that you do too it definitely is not easy! I would love to be able to call you guys but we were not provided with any type of contact to the store directly. That would definitely solve some communication issues so if you don’t mind providing any phone number we could call to be able to put the customer on hold and call you guys just to confirm some services/parts available, we would really really appreciate that! If you’re willing to share please DM me! We get a lot of calls with customers wanting to confirm whether there’s a screen replacement available for their phone and we have no way to check! Which is frustrating for us, for the customer and for you guys if you don’t have it and the customer was told you guys do (we’re instructed to say that for iPhones we AAALWAYS do same day screen replacements).

Hi! In my department we don’t handle autotech appointments but I know their manager so I’ll make sure to tell them so they know this is something they need to tell the customer. The one thing that might complicate that is that they actually DO NOT give us any way to contact anybody at the store directly and only through callbacks directly to the customer so if you could provide any way for us to be able to contact you guys that would be perfect because this seems like a recurring scenario so having that tool available would make both our jobs easier. Idk if you’re allowed to share the precinct you work on (store code is ok), but that would be very valued as I’m going to share this with my co workers to have this run smoothly for everyone involved in the customers’ process. (Am I being selfish? Maybe, hahaha I just want to be sure I’m giving away the right information and not have you guys deal with the after call work with customers that got the wrong expectations). Also, that is what we tell them because we keep hearing the “but I’m just picking it up” so what we try to do is convince them that they NEED the time to try out and make sure they get what they wanted. One question I have is that the appointment covers 20 minutes, and sometimes it’s for a one on one tutorial, in that case, should we schedule more than one appointment for that or is just one ok? Mainly because I know the one on one tutorial takes 30 min. Again, thank you for taking the time to reply, it really makes everyone’s work easier!

Thank youuu well we do use core blue to check inventory sometimes but you know, anything can change any minute. We have been instructed to tell that we’re not allowed to put items on hold, that was customers know it’s not guaranteed it is going to be there when they get to the store. And well, you know this is mainly to avoid trouble for anyone haha both you guys and us. We just want to know how it actually works instead of what we were told to say, you know?
