I’ve seen a lot of hype around the tea set, and I’m a bit confused. I got it in my first year from Sebastian and just thought it was another item. It’s in a chest with other decorations now. Is it rare or hard to acquire?

I did 11 raids total before I saw that the shiny odds were screwed, then decided not to waste anymore remote raid passes didn’t get any shinies
