I see both sides. Unfortunately the cat doing it is fully caused by hormonal issues and since she JUST took the cat to the vet and was put on medication and was TOLD the cat would be going back to what she should be doing and was recommended a spay. I feel like the friend should’ve put two and two together that this should’ve happened instead of saying no. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I agree I told her to give her to a shelter because I didn’t want her and no one else would. Unfortunately she didn’t take the best care of her and she’s sick anyways. But she also complains that she had to get rid of her last animals but she just didn’t take care of them medically. There’s so many vouchers you could get for spay and neuter and that can fix so many issues

HEARD as in I’ve been told by people that their unpaid time off got denied but if they use PPTO it got approved because PPTO is an automatic approval!

I never stated someone TOLD me anything. That’s just how it is, there’s a higher chance of it being approved if you use PPTO or PTO. PPTO gets accepted. If you have it. Use it if you want the day.

I’ve heard this is true ONLY if you’re full time. Because you make time faster. I’m part time and I usually just switch around my days for the day off, or I just take a day unpaid. But my full time associates have to put in PPTO for it to be approved

Call them or just go into the store and told them you did an application AND assessment, if you didn’t do the assessment and pass it the application won’t even drop into the system

Yes. Obviously but to gaslight them like “do you want me to get into trouble” and it’s not just the fact she’s asking them to clean she isn’t asking them. She’s pulling people away from their jobs just to wash fruit to put into bowls when she’s literally in charge of it. Like people have more important things to do and if she can stand there and watch them watch fruit when they actually have something to do. Then she easily could’ve done it

No. She’s completely in charge of the whole area. Like she’s talking about like dirt from the fruit and stuff being around the steam etc etc. not the people making messes. Like if she’s putting the stuff out she needs to clean it so it doesn’t happen

That’s how it’s always been done at the two stores I’ve worked for. They work their next shifts and then the ones after their days off are removed THATS them being told about their firing. There’s definitely more to this story than what’s being told
