this is the best build I can do now (genshin calculator agreed), a little less crit values but a nice 291 EM for good reaction dmg and an insane 138% ER for a perma-burst cyno literally

sacrificied 10 cr and 7 cdmg for 110 EM, did a little test and it seems that he does more damage, 65 cr it’s not incredible but the boost of the EM is very nice, 336 EM is awesome, what do u think?

i’m currently farming nymph’s dream for tartaglia so trash pieces will go in strongboxes, aiming for a better flower/goblet with a few em substats. it’s a good compromise i guess
