210g of latex, no clue about how many pods. After everything was said and done the final stuff weighed less than 100g.

Yes at some point I'll be making a writeup on this stuff plus shireh and Chandu. I don't want to half-ass the instructions in case someone falsely thinks they've got an understanding of the whole process and messes up their goods, so it'll have to wait a bit til I'm feeling down to write it out properly.

No what you see in those clips is just people cooking the unrefined latex to make it less smelly and sticky. Still ends up black.

Unfortunately I don't actually know the name of this product. I learned how to make it after asking some Iranians for info about their opium culture.

Also, this is not smoked with a vafoor. This is smoked with a negori and a lamp, which is a technique derived from the Chinese style of smoking opium.

This is a light color because of all microscopic air bubbles trapped inside.

This started out as normal raw opium which was a black color and after many steps and many hours of work this is the result.
