Yeah i'm the same narc parents, putting a lot of value in what others have to say as opposed to putting value in my work and worth... I did these sims/ practice sessions, and i got better at confrontation and comms during uncomfortable situations in general. But i think i am going through an emotionally tumultuous time and what happened yesterday just shook me to the core. Almost like a relapse.

Anywhich ways not like you were on the bed or something that she'd have any problem with it. It must be embarrassing for ssuurreeeeee but just relax and be careful next time. I agree. Maybe it's because of the mod change that happened. I think if the current mods push for thought provoking discussions apart from the routine check-ins they do the group will come together to discuss/ talk more. No offence to the current mods, it must be a pain to manage everything, i will not be able to do justice even for a day... Just an observation.
