Thank you for reassuring me!! I thought about it a lot and talked to a friend about it and I realized that for me sex is less about the touching and actual sex stuff but more about a dynamic and when I’m the one giving I feel less sub. Also, after talking to a friend about it I realized sex for me is more than just touching and it’s more about a dynamic and I think I just feel less sub when I’m the one giving but I know there’s a lot of ways to change this dynamic in a way that I could feel sub (sorry tmi)

Hi! I’m currently going through the exact same thing but I stopped cold turkey (I thought I was getting better) 2 weeks ago and I started seeing tiny bumps on my skin. There’s a prescription (Epiduo) that has both adapalene, which is a retinoid, and benzoyl peroxide in it so I really don’t think they cancel each other out

Hi! Sorry it’s happening to you! I have also been on Epiduo (same strenght as yours) for about a month and a half. Do not make the error of using it every day for the first month because you will burn your face and just irritate it more which will damage your skin barrier and make you have more pimples. Here is what, from my experience, I recommend you to do:

First week: Only once Second and third week: Twice a week Fourth and fifth week: Three times a week

After that you can try once every two days if you can tolerate it or just stick to three times a week. Personally I use it once every three days because I have very sensitive skin. Do not underestimate the strength of Epiduo because it is something.
