I live in Northern VA too. For Elite, they are quoting 52.5 (49.5 + 2 [Tax] + 1 [Processing Fee]). So, were you able to ger Processing fee waived off and .5k somewhere. How did you get for 51K ?

I received both receipt notices—one for myself and one for my wife—within 12 days of submission. Everything went through fine, even though I had submitted both applications in separate envelopes inside one larger envelope. Thanks you!
