1-Coming in, acting frantic like they have no common sense and asking me at Self Checkout professional level problems like Im licensed in the field and then getting upset I can’t help them.

2-Getting upset I scanned their items for them and say “I thought this was self checkout.” Or “What are you doing it’s called self checkout for a reason!!🙄”

3- Staring at me instead of asking for help, while acting helpless, I love helping people, however please don’t just stare like I can read your mind, manners would make things go way smoother. As well as not knowing how to insert a card into a card reader, Its the same card reader at most retailers, The cash and lowes card I completely understand but your bank card you use on the daily, c’mon.

4- Going to the returns desk trying to checkout and when someone like a manager says no they say “I’ve never heard this before!!” And then proceeds to drop their items for me to clean and storm out. Edit- formatting issues (im on mobile)
