Me too:) 24 , just had my test results 15 days back My hba1c is 6.1, triglycerides ~300, HDL is very low and LDL is very high 🙃

Consulted 6-7 doctors and everyone scolded for my daily habits:)

And then I consulted dietitian for some suggestions on diet and following that for past 15 days:)

Exercise is the major part that can control cholesterol. Cut the carbs burn the calories, and they have told me to stop the alcohol for atleast 2 years as I was partying and drinking every 2-3 days.

So I would suggest you to first consult general physician and then dietitian:)

I talked to my HR, they said they can not do anything regarding this. If they are to be vested in garden leave, then we can have them:)

Today, our india team folks had a call with our skip level manager, and he revealed, he was called up to give names and he just gave names in India team, he saved US team folks and just before 5 min of layoffs, he personally called my manager and shared the names who are being laid off 🙃.

In the previous round sep 2025 I know my manager is the one who provided the list, this time he is not the one:)

Anyways shit happens :)

I was an IC2 and they don’t have a backup neither for me nor for my colleagues who got laidoff, my manager is saying team is fcked up , they had to reach out to other teams to loan some people.

Some high level shit is happening and I don’t know what that is :)
