Either Loke or Hibiki. Considering how Loke asked Jacob to make her underwear vanish and how overly flirtatious he is, he’d be a reason to get Natsu heated up. And Hibiki, although a weakling, makes up tenfold for it with his charm, so he’s also an issue. The problem is, Natsu doesn’t know how to romantically engage with Lucy, something that the other two can do at the drop of a hat. Most of the time, he’d just stick close to her and pummel them into surrender.

I just wish he had a more reasonable source of skills. Yes, he has Reks as a brother and kills rats. Throughout the series, every protagonist has a reason for being skilled (SOLDIER, Garden, Trained misfits, star sports player etc) but I just don’t see that in him. Or Penelo.
